Marcelo Volti currently ships exclusively within New Zealand.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 PM NZST are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are shipped within 24 hours on the next business day.

Duties and Taxes
As all orders are shipped and delivered within New Zealand, no customs duties or import taxes apply. GST is included in the displayed price.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by natural events or carrier errors.
